HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Once you've decided on the garments you'd like to order, we will need the following information to process your order.
1. Garment style (brand ie Biz Collection and garment code)
2. An image of your logo and decoration details if we don't already have them.
3. Your delivery address details and postal address for invoicing as well as a contact phone number.
4. For new orders we include artwork proofs for your approval prior to production commencing.
Once we have this information we will send you an Order Confirmation for you to check the quanities etc and Payment Form.once you
have approved the artwork and are happy with the order confirmation we require 50% of the invoice value to commence production,
this can be done by various payment methods including Visa card, Mastercard, electronic funds transfer cash or cheque.
Garment orders take 10 working days to despatch from our warehouse allow extra time for delivery depending on your delivery
location. Please note: We have a no return or exchange policy except on faulty merchandise.
